We research specialists in our participating network against our published standards: registration with the relevant regulator in their country, the facility where they operate, and substantiated procedural experience.
Your shortlist
Usually one or two specialists, each with the factual reasons for inclusion, what we were able to verify, any limitations, and our commercial relationship with them. If no one suits your requirements, we tell you.

How an introduction works
Only when you choose a specialist do we pass on your details, and only those you agree to share. We can help you request an initial consultation.
What it does not provide
We do not give medical advice, assess clinical suitability, recommend a procedure or guarantee outcomes. Those matters belong to the specialist you consult.
How it is funded
The service carries no charge to you because participating practices financially support our network. The network is not an exhaustive directory of every specialist, and payment never influences our verification. Read the disclosure.

- Yes. Specialist Introduction is complimentary to every client. You will never receive an invoice for it.
- Am I obliged to book a consultation?
- No. Deciding not to proceed is a perfectly good outcome, and we will not follow up with pressure.
- Will a practice contact me directly?
- Not unless you ask us to make an introduction to that practice.
- Can I later ask for more practical help?
- Yes, if you wish. Private Concierge is available by bespoke quotation, and choosing it never changes which specialists are appropriate for you.
