Practical arrangements around recovery and your return journey, always following the instructions of your treating clinician.

Where needed, coordination with appropriately authorised aftercare providers chosen in line with your clinician’s plan.

Your adviser prepares an itemised quotation showing the personal service fee and each arrangement it covers, in your currency. Nothing is charged before you have read and accepted it.

Clinical treatment, flights, accommodation, transport, translation and care provided by third parties are charged separately unless they are listed in your accepted quotation. All clinical decisions, fitness to travel, discharge, treatment and aftercare remain with appropriately qualified healthcare providers.

We are not a healthcare provider. Clinicians alone decide whether you are fit to travel, when you may be discharged, and what aftercare you need. Our arrangements follow their decisions.
